EHR / Clinical Informatics Specialist – Make Clinical Tech Work for LA Senior Care Company: All Seniors Foundation

Key Responsibilities

• Administer our EHR (configuration, user management, template development, integrations)
• Configure clinical templates, order sets, and documentation workflows for nurses and therapists
• Train clinical staff on EHR best practices, new features, and workflow updates
• Audit EHR data quality and identify documentation improvement opportunities
• Integrate EHR with telehealth, remote monitoring, billing, and analytics platforms
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and security configuration across clinical systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in nursing informatics, health information management, or related field
• 3+ years EHR administration or clinical informatics experience
• Familiarity with home health EHRs (Axxess, wellsky, HCHB, Devero, MatrixCare)
• Strong understanding of HIPAA, clinical workflows, and OASIS documentation
• RN-BC informatics certification or CPHIMS preferred
