EH&S Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented EH&S Site Operator to perform daily safety testing on Class 1 laser hardware systems within a secure, high-compliance environment. This role is critical to ensuring workplace safety, regulatory compliance, and smooth operation of advanced hardware testing. Key Responsibilities Conduct daily laser safety tests using approved EH&S checklists Maintain accurate testing logs and compliance records Monitor hardware systems to ensure safe operation Identify and escalate safety risks or equipment issues Enforce strict safety and no-phone policies Support adherence to SOPs and EH&S standards Qualifications Graduate 2+ year experience in safety, lab, or technical operations Familiarity with workplace safety standards (OSHA preferred) Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs TCS Employee Benefits Summary Discretionary Annual Incentive.
