The EHS Manager at Loenbro, LLC focuses on establishing and promoting a culture of safety at specific sites within the Industrial Services division. Key responsibilities include overseeing safety protocols, conducting regular audits, providing training, and implementing safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Train employees on safety protocols, including emergency response, hazardous material handling, and equipment safety.
• Audit job sites and office facilities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Investigate incidents, document findings, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Collaborate with operations and safety management teams to enhance safety practices and prevent future incidents.
• Communicate regularly with site operations and external stakeholders to maintain a strong safety culture.
• Engage with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in heavy industrial construction, including manufacturing, pipeline, mining, food and beverage, power, and refining environments.
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and other applicable codes/regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to assess potential hazards and develop effective mitigation strategies.
• Understanding of incident investigation techniques and root cause analysis.
• Experience in conducting safety audits and inspections.
• First Aid/CPR certification.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications for documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies (e.g., JSA, HAZOP).
• Experience with safety management software.

Pay

Salary range: $75,000 - $95,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time position with occasional travel up to 10% of time.
