About the role
The EHS Manager at Loenbro, LLC focuses on establishing and promoting a culture of safety at specific sites within the Industrial Services division. Key responsibilities include overseeing safety protocols, conducting regular audits, providing training, and implementing safety programs.
Responsibilities
- Train employees on safety protocols, including emergency response, hazardous material handling, and equipment safety.
- Audit job sites and office facilities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Investigate incidents, document findings, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Collaborate with operations and safety management teams to enhance safety practices and prevent future incidents.
- Communicate regularly with site operations and external stakeholders to maintain a strong safety culture.
- Engage with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in heavy industrial construction, including manufacturing, pipeline, mining, food and beverage, power, and refining environments.
- Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and other applicable codes/regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to assess potential hazards and develop effective mitigation strategies.
- Understanding of incident investigation techniques and root cause analysis.
- Experience in conducting safety audits and inspections.
- First Aid/CPR certification.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications for documentation and reporting.
Qualifications
- OSHA 30 certification required.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies (e.g., JSA, HAZOP).
- Experience with safety management software.

Pay
Salary range: $75,000 - $95,000 annually.
Schedule
Full-time position with occasional travel up to 10% of time.
