eGroups Director (eFam Campus)

Responsibilities

• You’ll develop new and existing eGroup leaders by holding regular meetings, providing coaching and developmental guidance, and offering training.
• You’ll recruit and onboard new eGroup leaders and provide training.
• You’ll create community by facilitating group assignments and developing communication strategies that are effective for eGroup leaders across countries/time zones.
• You’ll develop initiatives to grow eGroups on the online campus.

MUST-HAVES

• Active participation in a church (we look for a lifestyle of inviting people to church, volunteering, generosity, and prioritizing community)
• Highly organized/administrative
• Strong ability to build relationships and provide a high level of customer service
• Leadership strengths in the executing domain
• High level of communication skills, written and verbal
• Flexibility to travel when necessary

NICE-TO-HAVES

• Experience working in a non-profit environment or ministry setting
• Prior experience with Elevation Church eGroups
• Experience with online/digital communities

Day-to-Day

• We’re a Sunday-Thursday work environment. Monday-Thursday, we’re in the office (8:30AM - 5PM); on Sunday, we’re supporting the weekend worship experience either directly in our roles or by choosing a weekly serving opportunity at one of our Elevation Church campuses.
• We’re pretty fast-paced. We’re also not afraid to pivot a strategy or project quickly to meet the needs of the weekend - adaptability is a key competence for us.
• We work hard, but we’re good at playing hard, too. We’re a creative staff, so there’s no shortage of activities around our offices to have some fun!
• You’ll be around some incredible people. Professional development opportunities will be all around you, both in structured and unstructured ways.
• We expect you to be disciplined in your spiritual practices - be in your Bible, spend time with the Lord in prayer, meditate on and apply the weekly sermon.
