About the role
Evaluate and implement electronic fund transfer systems to ensure secure and efficient processing of transactions.
- Manage and resolve EFT issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve EFT processes
- Stay updated on new EFT technologies and trends
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain EFT systems to ensure optimal performance
- Provide technical support to users and troubleshoot EFT-related problems
- Develop and maintain EFT procedures and guidelines
- Conduct regular audits of EFT transactions for accuracy and compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in EFT operations
- Strong knowledge of EFT systems and protocols
- Experience with troubleshooting and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
