About the Role

Own the process from start to finish – handle eFiling with precision and accountability. Keep client orders on track by reviewing, preparing, submitting, and tracking filings while meeting deadlines. Be the problem-solver by preventing rejections, handling rush requests, applying critical thinking skills to our workflows and systems, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. Communicate like a pro to keep clients, vendors, and teammates in the loop every step of the way. Work with cutting-edge tools like eFiling portals (Journal Tech, Tyler Odyssey, LegalConnect, GreenFiling) and Legal CMS. Stay organized and manage multiple jobs, track SLAs, and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

• Background in legal, litigation support, or attorney services.
• Genuine interest in the details that keep complex workflows running smoothly.
• Experience with California or multi-state eFiling service portals is preferred.
• Familiarity with legal document preparation and court filing procedures across different jurisdictions.
• Experience with eFiling portals, Legal CMS platforms, or legal support vendors.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and workflows.
• Strong communication skills and ability to stay organized under pressure.
• Pride in getting the details right when working with clients, vendors, or teammates.

Pay

Enjoy competitive pay of $23–$27 per hour, plus the opportunity to grow into a senior role as you advance.
