EEO Contract/Program Officer, PN 20054887

Responsibilities

• Monitor and audit certified payrolls from contractors
• Monitor disadvantaged companies for compliance on ODOT projects
• Ensure contractors are paid promptly for work completed
• Visit construction projects
• Maintain electronic files

Qualifications

• Self-starter with ability to work with limited supervision
• Ability to pay attention to details
• Strive to do a great job with a positive attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to handle conflicts
• 12 months training or 12 months experience in interviewing
• 9 months training or 9 months experience in EEO & affirmative action regulations and procedures
• 6 months training or 6 months experience in public relations
• Must be able to provide own transportation
• Or 6 months experience as EEO Contract/Program Technician, 69160; must be able to provide own transportation
• Or equivalent of minimum class qualifications for employment noted above
