Responsibilities
- Monitor and audit certified payrolls from contractors
- Monitor disadvantaged companies for compliance on ODOT projects
- Ensure contractors are paid promptly for work completed
- Visit construction projects
- Maintain electronic files
Qualifications
- Self-starter with ability to work with limited supervision
- Ability to pay attention to details
- Strive to do a great job with a positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle conflicts
- 12 months training or 12 months experience in interviewing
- 9 months training or 9 months experience in EEO & affirmative action regulations and procedures
- 6 months training or 6 months experience in public relations
- Must be able to provide own transportation
- Or 6 months experience as EEO Contract/Program Technician, 69160; must be able to provide own transportation
- Or equivalent of minimum class qualifications for employment noted above
