Educator (RN) Clinical NonExempt

Seeking a Clinical Educator (RN) to develop and deliver staff training, coordinate orientation, and facilitate educational programs within a healthcare facility. Responsibilities Include Conducting mock drills and training sessions for staff and contract nursesImplementing new equipment and updating competency assessmentsDeveloping, managing, and evaluating education programs to meet accreditation and regulatory standardsCollaborating with quality and patient safety teams to enhance care and complianceLeading committees and projects related to staff education and organizational improvementProviding clinical expertise, mentorship, and consultation to staff and managementMaintaining accurate documentation, training records, and data collection for outcomes analysisSupporting professional growth through participation in continuing education and conferencesEnsuring compliance with policies, safety standards, and confidentiality regulations Qualifications Include BSN required; Master’s preferredActive RN license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification3-5 years of recent clinical experience with adult education backgroundInstructor certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS (within specified timeframes)Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Key skills: clinical expertise, instructional skills, data management, teamwork, adaptability, and leadership.
