Educator
About the role
Only About Children Charlemont is a new purpose‑built campus in the Geelong region with six rooms, new resources and a large outdoor yard serving nursery, toddler and kindergarten children. As an Advanced Educator you will provide high‑level practice, leadership and mentoring across the campus, support curriculum, strengthen child‑safe and inclusive practice, and help educators feel more confident. You will help educators notice children’s interests, voice, culture and way of learning; ensure planning and documentation reflect what children are discovering; model respectful, child‑safe and inclusive practice; improve spaces, routines and learning moments; mentor, guide and support quality across the campus; and build relationships with families, educators and leaders. The campus is beginning a brand‑new story where new routines, friendships and traditions can grow, children’s ideas are noticed from the start and confidence grows with the community.
