About the role
Support staff are needed to assist in providing interpreting services.
Responsibilities
- Provide interpreting services as per client needs
- Ensure confidentiality of all client communications
- Participate in training sessions to improve interpreting skills
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in spoken English and one or more languages required
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Qualifications
- Experience in interpreting services is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for serving diverse communities
