Job Summary

Under the direction of an assigned administrator, perform hearing evaluations on infant children to young adults; assist students with hearing-impairments with hearing amplification and auditory skills; communicate with staff regarding auditory skills, issues and methods.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Valid California Clinical Rehabilitative Services credential with a specialization in audiology
• Current California licensure in audiology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology
• Transcripts showing conferred date of bachelor's and/or master's degree awarded

Other requirements:

Benefits

• SCOE offers a fringe benefit entitlement. The fringe benefit entitlement is for benefit use only.
• Annual Stipends: $1500 Special Education; $1500 Masters Stipend available (prorated for 74 work days)

Pay

• Pay Range: $57,643 - $133,038 Annually
• Appropriate Placement on SACP Certificated Salary Schedule (Dependent Upon Education and Experience)

Schedule

• Length of Work Year: 148 days/year, TBD days/week
• Employment Type: Part Time
