About the role
The Educational Assistant supports students in grades K-5 at Inspiration Elementary. They assist teachers in providing a safe and inclusive learning environment, help with daily classroom activities, and provide individualized support to students as needed. -
Responsibilities
- Assist teachers with lesson planning and implementation
- Support students during class activities and group work
- Provide individualized attention to students who need extra help
- Help maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to ensure student success

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with children in a school setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
