Requirements
- Associate's degree or higher; OR equivalent of two years of college coursework totaling 48 hours at an accredited institution of higher learning; OR passing score on the Education Testing Service (ETS) Para-Pro Assessment
- Working computer knowledge
- Multi-task oriented, firm, and a team player
- Excellent attendance
- Able to follow oral and written instructions
- Able to establish effective schedules and work routines
Responsibilities
- Work with small groups of students to reinforce skills, answer questions, and provide constructive academic feedback
- Serve as a positive role model for young children
- Work under the direction of a certified teacher and complete assigned work-related duties
