Education Program Coordinator II - Family Medicine
The Forest Home Health Center seeks a coordinator to oversee educational programs. This role involves scheduling events, managing enrollment and education information, and adhering to compliance guidelines for residency and fellowship programs in Family Medicine.
Primary Responsibilities
- Independently execute institutional or program activities such as educational events, training, learner recruitment, interviews, orientation, schedules, and graduation.
- Collaborate with the Program Manager and EPC II partner to support residency and fellowship program operations, including resident scheduling and academic portfolio management.
- Support the designated institutional official, Program Director, Department Chair, and other leaders on accreditation agency, national board, and affiliate requirements.
- Serve as the primary liaison with faculty, administration, other departments, affiliated institutions, and national organizations.
- Develop and maintain databases to track, schedule, and record activities related to the institution, program(s), and learners.
- Provide information, support, and problem-solving on a wide range of issues for leaders, faculty, staff, and learners.
- Coordinate recruitment of preceptors, instructors, and speakers.
- Create and manage meeting invitations and set up meetings.
- Coordinate assessment and evaluation activities.
Qualifications
- Appropriate experience may substitute for education on an equivalent basis.
- Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum Required Experience: 3 years' field experience in Education.
