Responsibilities

• Document education operations with program coordination, ensuring each checkpoint includes a visible source, owner, status, and next action.
• Maintain role documentation and status tracking for work and study travel jobs, adhering to education-focused, operations-driven execution standards.
• Reconcile enrollment support with deadline management, keeping dependencies and exceptions clearly separated.
• Coordinate documentation with reporting to ensure traceability and compliance in the workflow.
• Review quality control and workflow management, surfacing repeated errors before they lead to downstream rework.

Requirements

• Confidently apply the Work and Study Travel Jobs Workflow Context and Student Services in an international education setting.
• Maintain data accuracy without losing track of evidence or deadlines in the operations workflow.
• Document process compliance and issue escalation decisions, ensuring reasoning remains clear and traceable.
• Exercise judgment in follow-up actions, relying on outside confirmation rather than assumptions.
• Ensure role-specific handoffs include current reporting, workflow context, and status tracking; incomplete signals keep the work open.

Pay

Base salary: $42,000–$64,000 per year.

Full-time, 100% remote within the United States.
