About the role
This is a full-time, 40 hours per week position with hours falling primarily Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operational work required to keep all educational programs moving smoothly.
- Ensure program processes are organized and operating according to plans.
- Track educational data and creates reporting that supports planning, monitoring of program activities and in-depth evaluations of programs.
- Identify, develop, implement and evaluate new or revised daily operational workflow processes for the department.
- Act as a resource for education program information and guidance.
- Manage education program communications and materials.
Qualifications
- Average 2 years of relevant experience in an office environment may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- A Bachelor's Degree in business administration or related field is preferred.
- Experience in an academic healthcare setting is preferred.
