Education Manager
for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes description about YMCA, mission, etc. That could be "About the role" maybe. There's "Nature And Scope" describing responsibilities. There's a list of responsibilities under headings: Quality Learning Environments, Planning & Management, Personnel Management, Compliance Management. Those are responsibilities. There's Requirements section with bullet list. There's also "Employment and Benefits package for this job posting is offered through Early Childhood Development Co., LLC..." That mentions benefits but not specifics. There's also "The YMCA of Metropolitan Atlanta offers excellent benefits and career opportunities..." Not specific. No explicit benefits list. No pay or schedule specifics. So we should include About the role (intro paragraph), Responsibilities (list), Requirements (list). Possibly Skills? The requirements include skills like interpersonal, communication, customer service. Could be separate Skills section but we can incorporate into Requirements or Skills. The instruction: prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we can combine Requirements and Skills into one Requirements section maybe. But we have separate headings allowed; we can include Requirements and Skills if we have content. However we have skills content: "Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills Strong customer service skills". That's skills. Could put under Skills heading. But we also have qualifications: Bachelor's degree, experience etc. That's qualifications. Could separate Qualifications and Requirements. But we have limited content; better to have About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications (including education/experience), Skills (interpersonal etc). Benefits: not specific, so omit. Pay/Schedule: omit.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate: EEO, etc. Also remove "Employment and Benefits package..." maybe not needed as benefits not specific. Remove "Employment Requirement Ability to pass a pre-employment background check..." That is a requirement (background check). Should include under Requirements or Qualifications? It's a requirement. We'll include under Requirements.
We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include details: mission statement, stats about children served, etc. That's part of About the role. Also "Nature And Scope" description. We'll combine into About the role paragraph(s). Then Responsibilities: list items from the responsibilities sections. Need to capture all bullet points.

for prose.
We'll have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (maybe combine qualifications and skills). Could also have Skills separate but we already have communication skills etc. Might be okay to put under Requirements.
We'll not include Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
Let's craft About the role paragraph(s): include mission statement, stats, nature and scope.
We'll combine the introductory paragraphs: "As a thought-leader and best-in-class provider in education, wellness, youth development, and community-building, The YMCA of Metro Atlanta is one of the oldest and most essential non-profits serving in Atlanta. Today, we’re looking for you to join us as we carry out our mission to positively impact lives and communities across the state. At the Y, we’re an association of like-minded people (staff, volunteers, and members), on the forefront of a movement to ensure that everyone -- especially children -- experience an equal opportunity to reach their full potential. In the course of a year, we provide more than 3,000 children, ages 6 weeks through Pre-K with high-quality literacy and STEAM-infused learning; give 58,000 youth and teens access to sports, aquatics, day and resident camps, teen leadership development programs, and employment opportunities; provide over 200,000 members with programs, services, and facilities to enjoy connection and maintain wellness regardless of age; and engage over 25,000 volunteers and donors from across Atlanta to share in the gift of supporting their communities."
Then Nature And Scope: "Under the direction of the Center Director, the Education Manager will manage the day-to-day education and curriculum implementation activities at their assigned YMCA Early Learning site. The Education Manager responsibilities include supporting the Center Manager to ensure the proper and efficient operations of their center."
