Manager Human Resource

Human ResourcesFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Remove boilerplate like EEO, legal, accommodation, application instructions, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Let's extract sections: - About the role: The introductory paragraph about Builders FirstSource, mission, etc. Also maybe the description of role: "The Human Resources Manager executes HR strategy and oversees HR operations for two or more facilities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with employment laws. This role manages core HR functions, including talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, employee relations, compliance, and training; and partners with leadership to drive workforce engagement, diversity, and organizational effectiveness." That's about the role. - Responsibilities: The "Essential Duties And Responsibilities" list. Should be a bullet list. - Requirements: Minimum Requirements section includes Education, Experience, Skills (maybe separate). The posting has "Minimum Requirements" with subpoints: Education, Experience, Skills. Also there is a "COMPETENCIES" list (Strategic HR Leadership etc.) and "BFS BUILT TO LEAD COMPETENCIES". Those could be considered Skills or Qualifications. The instruction: Use headings for Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide what goes where. We have "Minimum Requirements" which includes Education, Experience, Skills. Then there is "COMPETENCIES" (Strategic HR Leadership etc.) and "BFS BUILT TO LEAD COMPETENCIES". Those could be considered Skills or Qualifications. Probably we treat "Requirements" as the minimum requirements (education, experience). "Qualifications" could be the competencies (maybe). "Skills" could be the specific skills listed under Minimum Requirements (Strong business acumen, analytical ability, interpersonal skills; proven capability to influence and lead through change.) But we also have many competencies. We need to avoid thin sections. Perhaps combine into fewer sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (including education, experience, skills, competencies). Benefits we have a paragraph about benefits: "At Builders FirstSource, we offer competitive, affordable benefits designed to make life better for you and the people you love. Our goal is simple — provide great plans that help you and your family to live happier, healthier and more secure lives. To view all our benefit offerings click here www.bldrbenefits.com." That's substantive. So Benefits section. Pay and Schedule: Not mentioned explicitly. There's no pay or schedule info. So we should NOT include Pay or Schedule sections. We also have "WORK ENVIRONMENT / PHYSICAL ACTIVITY" which could be considered part of About the role or maybe a separate section but not in allowed headings. Since not in list, we could incorporate into About the role or drop? The instruction: Use headings for those specific headings only. It didn't forbid other headings, but says "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It implies we should use those headings for sections; we could also add other headings? Probably better to stick to those. We can incorporate work environment into About the role or Responsibilities? Might be better to add a short paragraph under About the role. We must remove boilerplate: EEO, accommodation, application instructions, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. Let's craft HTML. Structure:

About the role

...

Responsibilities

  • ...
  • ...

Requirements

... maybe combine education, experience, skills, competencies? Could also split into subheadings but not allowed. We'll just put a paragraph summarizing? But we must preserve ALL substantive information; cannot summarize away detail. So we need to keep the details, not just summarize. We could use

inside Requirements to list each bullet: Education, Experience, Skills, Competencies, BFS Built to Lead Competencies. That preserves detail. Thus:

    Requirements

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification preferred.
    • Experience: 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership responsibilities and exposure to multiple HR disciplines. Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Skills: Strong business acumen, analytical ability, and interpersonal skills; proven capability to influence and lead through change.
    • Competencies: Strategic HR Leadership - Aligns HR initiatives with business goals; anticipates workforce needs. Employee Relations Expertise - Resolves complex issues with fairness and compliance. Project Management - Leads HR projects and process improvements effectively. Communication Excellence - Builds trust through clear, persuasive communication. Respectful Inclusive Culture Advocacy - Promotes an inclusive culture and ensures compliance with EEO/AA requirements. Analytical Thinking - Uses data to identify trends and recommend solutions. Influence & Collaboration - Partners with leaders and peers to drive organizational success.
    • BFS Built to Lead Competencies: Know the Business: Builds deep knowledge of BFS’s operating model and financial drivers, market position and the industry landscape to make informed decisions that create value. Focus on the Customer: Anticipates customer needs, applies insights to decision-making and drives customer-centric solutions that create business value. Plan for Tomorrow: Thinks strategically, anticipates future challenges and positions the business for long-term success. Earn Trust: Acts with humility, integrity and authenticity so others —inside and outside BFS — know they can count on you. Model Empathy: Listens actively, respects different perspectives and fosters a workplace where people feel valued and supported. Succeed Together: Builds and strengthens partnerships inside and outside BFS by collaborating, aligning efforts and driving shared success. Deliver Results: Consistently meet or exceed goals through effective execution and accountability. Continuously Improve & Innovate: Seek new ideas and approaches to enhance processes and outcomes. Embrace Change: Adapt quickly to evolving priorities and drive positive transformation. Invest in the Team: Support growth and development through coaching, feedback, and opportunities. Attract & Hire the Best: Identify and recruit top talent aligned with organizational values and goals. Adopt a Growth Mindset: Demonstrate curiosity, resilience, and openness to learning and improvement.
But we also have a separate "Skills" heading allowed. Could we split out Skills? The Minimum Requirements already had Skills line. We could keep Skills separate heading with that line. Then Requirements could be Education and Experience only. Qualifications could be Competencies and BFS Built to Lead Competencies. That would give us more sections but each substantive. Let's decide: Use headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (Education & Experience), Qualifications (Competencies), Skills (the specific skills line), Benefits. We must not create thin sections; each should have substantive content. Skills line is a short sentence but still substantive. Qualifications (competencies) is a list. Let's do that. Now Benefits: we have paragraph about benefits and link. We must not include the "click here www.bldrbenefits.com" as a link? It's okay to keep as plain text or as . Probably keep as plain text. Now ensure we removed boilerplate: EEO statements, accommodation instructions, application instructions, etc. Also removed duplicated lines. Now produce HTML. Check for any leftover boilerplate: The text includes "Builders FirstSource is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer..." etc. Remove. Also "Please do not send resumes to this email address..." remove. Also "Please note that due to the volume of applications..." remove. Also "Successful, innovative, and fulfilling careers are built here..." that's substantive about culture; we could include in About the role. Also "At Builders FirstSource, we offer competitive, affordable benefits..." we already have. Now craft final HTML. Let's write:
