About the role
Directly responsible for all programmatic functions in collaboration with supervision of education staff, including EEC licensing, health and safety regulations, and all accreditation requirements. Requires classroom oversight and regulatory oversight with Head Start or Early Childhood Center–based experience.

- Ensure compliance with all accreditation requirements
- Provide classroom oversight and regulatory oversight
Requirements
- MA EEC Lead Teacher Preschool/Infant Toddler and Director II certification
- Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree (MS) in Early Childhood Education or a related field such as Child Care or Psychology
- Knowledge of the comprehensive purpose and philosophy of the EEC program, including regulations
- 3–5 years of demonstrated supervisory experience
- Experience and dedication working with children and families ages 3 months to 5 years
- Must pass CORI, DCF, SORI, and fingerprint background checks prior to employment
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to speak and understand English
- Valid MA state driver’s license
- References required upon hire
