About the role
The Education Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of educational programs and initiatives within the organization. This includes curriculum development, staff training, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement educational programs that meet organizational goals and standards.
- Oversee staff training and professional development opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable educational and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate educational strategies into overall organizational objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in educational management or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage and develop educational programs.
- Strong understanding of educational policies and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Experience in developing and implementing educational curricula.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and best practices.
