Education/Discipleship Minister

About the role

The Education/Discipleship Pastor provides leadership and oversight for the church’s discipleship, Sunday School, Bible study, and Christian education ministries. This pastor equips teachers and leaders, develops opportunities for spiritual growth, and helps the congregation grow deeper in their relationship with Jesus Christ.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee discipleship, Sunday School, Bible study, and Christian education ministries
• Equip teachers and leaders within the church
• Develop opportunities for spiritual growth among the congregation
• Foster deeper relationships with Jesus Christ for church members
