Brief Job Overview
The Education Coordinator is a hands-on, non-supervisory position responsible for logistical, planning, and administrative support for USP Education courses. This role involves intensive meeting planning, scheduling, project leadership, customer service, and course delivery logistics.
Responsibilities
- Supports the Manager, USP Education Operations, with administrative and logistical details related to course programs, including site, faculty, content developers, materials, purchase orders, contracts, and invoices.
- Collaborates on USP Education course development and special projects, keeping the Manager and Sr. Director informed of progress.
- Creates, tracks, and manages detailed project plans for multiple projects.
- Manages the instructor qualification process.
- Communicates project status to internal customers and vendors/consultants regularly.
- Identifies and resolves obstacles, routes materials through approvals, writes purchase orders and contracts/statements of work, and maintains expense trackers.
- Maintains course catalog data and coordinates logistical aspects for external courses, such as registration, transportation, reservations, vendor management, meeting space specifications, A/V and materials shipment, lab materials, food and beverage requirements, and accommodations for faculty.
- Supports USP Education course registration for webinars, domestic face-to-face courses, and courses in the European region, as needed.
- Moderates live online and classroom courses.
- Edits recorded webinars and webcast videos for on-demand offerings.
- Aids in the production of course training materials and ensures high quality, consistency, and timely production.
- Assists customers with questions and issues, monitors the USP Education phone/voicemail and email inbox, and provides final course evaluation summary reports.
- Tracks course requests for current and potential new courses and keeps the USP Education team updated.
- Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.

- Relevant experience in adult (science-based) educational programs and experience with the Cornerstone OnDemand LMS platform, Adobe Premier Pro, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Articulate RISE content creation, HTML coding, Spanish fluency, and experience with Planview.
- Excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills, and a proactive, results-oriented focus.
- The ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working globally with colleagues and customers from different cultures.

Pay
- Base Hourly Range: USD $30.88 – $40.15 per hour.
- Target Annual Bonus: % Varies based on level of role.
