About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing university resources and ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Manage university resources including budgeting, procurement, and asset management.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations related to university operations.
- Oversee the implementation of new technologies and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment with university goals and objectives.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
- Strong knowledge of financial management and budgeting principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Experience in higher education is preferred.
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations applicable to universities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

Pay
$60,000 - $70,000 annually.
