About the Role
As an Education Coordinator, you will oversee one or more functions in the Education department, provide administrative support to the Education team, and assist UTI in maintaining our accreditation by compiling needed documents and information.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate meetings, order supplies, create/provide reports on request, track donations, prepare instructor evaluation reports, and plan events to support Education Director(s) and Education Managers.
- Perform receiving responsibilities that involve the use of a forklift.
- Provide administrative support to Instructors and students by ordering supplies, enrolling students, booking instructors, creating classes, managing staff uniforms, and assisting with student transcripts.
- Help UTI maintain accreditation by preparing instructor licensing paperwork and providing program information to the Home Office for ACCSCT.
- Ensure UTI’s operational legitimacy by following compliance-related responsibilities outlined in the supplemental document.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 3–5 years of office and customer service experience is a plus.
- Ability to stay organized, multi-task, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service, communication, and professionalism skills.
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.

Pay
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour based on experience.
Schedule
Weekends off.
