Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement educational programs and initiatives to advance bioindustrial manufacturing knowledge and skills.
- Collaborate with industry partners to identify training needs and develop targeted educational offerings.
- Oversee the delivery of educational programs and ensure their quality and effectiveness.
- Conduct research and analysis to inform the development of educational strategies and policies.
- Engage with stakeholders to promote the importance of bioindustrial manufacturing education and workforce development.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Strong understanding of bioindustrial manufacturing processes and technologies.
- Experience in developing and delivering educational programs and workshops.
- Knowledge of workforce development best practices and trends.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights for educational program improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
