Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement educational programs and initiatives to advance bioindustrial manufacturing knowledge and skills.
  • Collaborate with industry partners to identify training needs and develop targeted educational offerings.
  • Oversee the delivery of educational programs and ensure their quality and effectiveness.
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform the development of educational strategies and policies.
  • Engage with stakeholders to promote the importance of bioindustrial manufacturing education and workforce development.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Strong understanding of bioindustrial manufacturing processes and technologies.
  • Experience in developing and delivering educational programs and workshops.
  • Knowledge of workforce development best practices and trends.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights for educational program improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
