Education & Meetings Coordinator
Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics and execution of ACP educational events (in-person and virtual).
- Manage event setup, registration, and attendee tracking in the database.
- Serve as Zoom Webinar host/administrator and support on-demand content.
- Handle ACP corporate invoicing, payment processing, and exhibitor contract collections, ensuring accurate tracking and reconciliation of event-related revenue.
- Function as primary contact for attendees, providing responsive, high-quality support.
- Assist with speaker coordination and development of event materials (programs, signage, syllabi).
- Support evaluations, reporting, and onsite event logistics as needed.
Education & LMS Support
- Manage the education inbox and respond to inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
- Cook up scheduling and logistics for planning calls and volunteer committees.
- Support Continuing Education (CE) documentation and compliance processes.
- Maintain and update content in the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Organize and maintain departmental files in SharePoint.
General Support
- Provide administrative support, including data entry and recordkeeping.
- Contribute to team initiatives and departmental goals.
- Participate in team meetings and assist with special projects as needed.
About the Role
The American College of Prosthodontists (ACP) is a not-for-profit association created to represent the needs and interests of prosthodontists within organized dentistry, and to the public, by providing opportunities for dialogue, education, advancement, and improvement through meetings, continuing education, communications, publications, and other programs and activities.
Qualifications
- At least three years' experience in successful education meeting/events coordination and planning.
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience is additionally required.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 and proficient with applications like SharePoint or Drop Box.
- Experience with (AMS/CRM) Association/Customer Relationship software.
- Experience with Zoom/Zoom webinars, LMS (Learning Management System) software such as Blue Sky, video/audio editing as well as proficiency in collaboration applications such as Teams or Slack.
- Experience working with an association or non-profit organization is a plus.
Pay
$58,000-63,000 per year depending on qualifications/experience.
Schedule
ACP has a hybrid work environment. During the first (90) days of your onboarding, new hires are required to come into the office at least two times per week and afterward, come into the office once a week. The office is located at 6400 Shafer Ct., Rosemont, IL 60018 and a shuttle service is available from the Blue-Line Rosemont El station.
