About the role

As a Package Consultant 2, you will contribute to solution design, development, and integration of ERP systems to meet business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities.
• Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP packages based on detailed business requirements.
• Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews, and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance.
• Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications.
• Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and ensure customizations comply with security measures and regulatory standards.
• Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience in the specialty may substitute for each year of education.
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.

Skills

• Required: AEM, Edge Delivery Services, EMA UI – HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
• Preferred:
  • 7+ years of experience owning end-to-end delivery of AEM Edge Delivery Services blocks development and project boilerplate within the pod.
  • Experience reviewing output and mentoring Junior Developers (EDS and Front End) within the pod.
  • Understanding of Core Web Vitals, Lighthouse scoring, and front-end performance optimization.
  • Experience leveraging AI-based EDS implementations and migrations.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, with sector focus.
• Ability to handle end-to-end ERP package customization and implementation.
• Knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
• Passion for design and hands-on coding experience.
• Collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders.

Pay

Estimated annual compensation range for candidates based in San Jose, CA: $90,825 to $146,416.
