Accountabilities
- Design, develop, and implement end-to-end EDI integrations and API-based solutions.
- Lead technical execution across integration initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and meet business requirements.
- Translate technical designs and architecture specifications into production-ready implementations.
- Develop scalable, reliable integration solutions while maintaining strong coding standards and best practices.
- Perform code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior developers to support team growth.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues, identify root causes, and implement effective long-term solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, technical stakeholders, and globally distributed delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on integration reliability, performance, and development efficiency.
- Ensure documentation, technical processes, and implementation practices align with enterprise standards.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and implementing EDI integrations.
- Strong proficiency with IBM Sterling Integrator and related EDI technologies.
- Experience working with EDI standards including X12 and EDIFACT mapping.
- Proven experience leading integration and API projects from design through implementation.
- Ability to provide technical leadership, mentor junior developers, and conduct effective code reviews.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with experience resolving complex production issues.
- Hands-on experience developing API and Web Services integrations.
- Ability to translate solution designs into production-ready implementations while maintaining quality and performance standards.
- Experience collaborating with globally distributed teams and managing technical delivery across different locations.
- Valid US work authorization required; visa sponsorship is not available.
