About the role

VIZ Media is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Marketing Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing and communications, with a focus on social media management and campaign execution.

Responsibilities

  • Manage social media accounts for VIZ Media’s official channels, including Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Create and execute marketing campaigns to promote VIZ Media’s products and events.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies.
  • Monitor analytics and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize engagement and reach.
  • Work closely with designers and copywriters to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing and/or communications.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their analytics tools.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Google Analytics is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.
  • Experience with video production and editing software is a plus.

Pay

$50,000 - $60,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
