Editorial Coordinator, Creators
About the role
The Creator Marketing team strategically and creatively attracts and retains a diverse population of quality Creators (influencers & publishers) at scale, while inspiring customers with creators' content and curations. This role will own the curation and editorial strategy for the Creator Marketing team, inspiring creators and customers with trend-driven, elevated product curation and education materials.
The position focuses on building the creator email marketing strategy, guiding creators weekly with new content inspiration and the latest retail and program information to help increase their earnings. You will serve as the trend expert, owning the editorial strategy for email marketing, surfacing regular trend updates to creators and team members, and influencing curations in onsite shopping experiences. The role extends trend and curation work to organic social, generating content and a trend-forward calendar to inspire creators via this channel.
You will partner across stakeholders in business development, analytics, and product, as well as with cross-organizational teams in outbound and retail to deliver best-in-class marketing experiences.
Responsibilities
- Develop and drive Creator-facing marketing strategies to market key retail priorities, seasonal curations, new launches, and program updates.
- Determine editorial strategy for weekly marketing emails; build, deploy, and target based on business priorities.
- Build and refine the trending workstream, influencing other teams to curate based on creator trends and expertise.
- Coordinate organic social content calendar, delivering elevated educational and inspirational content to creators, with a focus on trends.
- Provide input into regular business reviews and updates, including monthly marketing updates and annual planning documents.
- Work closely with retail partner teams to highlight top launches and influence creators to generate content.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 1+ years of experience in a marketing role.
- Experience using Excel and other business analytic tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing successful marketing or communications campaigns.
- Experience creating processes and improving tools that have measurably improved productivity, quality, or advertiser experience.
- Experience in influencer or affiliate marketing.
- Usage of generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency, with a willingness to learn effective prompting and evaluation practices.
- Ability to recognize opportunities where generative AI could enhance products, workflows, or customer experiences.
Pay
Base salary range: $84,900.00 - $148,500.00 USD annually (New York, NY).
