eDiscovery Senior Client Services Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Interpret client needs and deliver tailored solutions
• Consult with clients on methodologies using the company services
• Communicate with internal teams to manage project execution
• Represent the company in client and third-party interactions
• Oversee Client Services team to ensure client satisfaction
• Report project statuses to Regional CS Manager

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in e-discovery; hosting services experience preferred
• Familiarity with multiple processing and hosting platforms
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong adaptability with problem-solving skills
• Proficient organizational skills with multitasking ability
• Ability to explain complex solutions to non-technical clients
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

Pay

$110,000 – $130,000 annually

Schedule
