About the Role
The eDiscovery and Practice Support Analyst provides technical support for processing data requests, including database creation, data imports/exports, image management, load file troubleshooting, and ESI manipulation (DeNisting, DeDuping, Culling, Filtering) using eDiscovery and practice support tools. This role also performs quality assurance on productions, archives Relativity databases, and supports the eDiscovery and Practice Support Department.
Responsibilities
- Data Management and Archiving (85%)
- Manage litigation databases and network drives: creation, updates, tracking.
- Import/Export data.
- Troubleshoot load files.
- Monitor and manage Relativity hosting storage using administrative tools.
- Manipulate raw data.
- Archive Relativity databases.
- Quality Assurance (5%)
- Assist with quality control checks for finalized productions.
- Perform quality assurance analysis on new databases.
- General and Administrative (10%)
- Analyze and test eDiscovery and practice support software updates; recommend solutions.
- Organize and maintain accessibility of department data and records.
- Track client-related time in accordance with firm policies.
- Backup the eDiscovery and Practice Support Specialist as needed.
- Perform other assigned duties.
Requirements
- Associate degree, preferably in technology and/or legal studies (e.g., paralegal or litigation support certification).
- Minimum 4 years of legal experience with a law firm or litigation support experience with a vendor.
- Proficiency with Windows 10 and Microsoft Office.
- Experience processing data with Relativity.
Qualifications
- Law firm experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Excel preferred.

Pay
Salary range: $93,000 – $105,000. Based on experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
