eDiscovery Manager, Cyber & Data Mining

For a leader in the Finance & Insurance space, this role leads work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a regulated financial services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Ensure exceptional client service during project initiation to closure
• Lead and manage a team of project management and data mining professionals
• Act as a point of escalation for client issues and quality challenges
• Continuously enhance the company’s data mining capabilities
• Manage client projects personally as needed
• Provide mentorship and support the professional development of team members
• Implement new technology solutions, including AI and machine learning tools

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in eDiscovery Client Services, Project Management, or Cyber Incident Response
• Extensive client management experience with a focus on meeting tight deadlines
• Proficiency in Relativity and data culling techniques including keyword searching and metadata analysis
• Strong people management skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in mentoring teams and fostering professional growth
• Familiarity with eDiscovery tools such as Canopy and AI-based culling tools
• Deep interest in exploring and applying new technology

Pay

$130,000 – $150,000 annually
