eDiscovery Coordinator
Matter Intake and Workflow Coordination
Coordinate intake and administrative triage for eDiscovery matters.
Support workflow coordination, timelines, approvals, and operational communications across matters.
Maintain organized workflow tracking, documentation, and matter records.
Serve as a coordination point between attorneys, vendors, clients, carriers, and internal teams.
Financial and Administrative Coordination
Coordinate Statements of Work (SOWs), written approvals, budgets, estimates, invoice tracking, and related administrative workflows.
Support appeals coordination and financial tracking activities related to eDiscovery matters.
Aid in matter closeout activities, reporting, and operational recordkeeping.
Contribute to process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives across the eDiscovery function.
Qualifications and Skills
- Prior experience in eDiscovery operations, legal operations, or law firm eDiscovery environments required.
- Working knowledge of the EDRM lifecycle and eDiscovery workflows required.
- Strong organizational, communication, and workflow coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and customer service skills.
Benefits
The expected salary range for this position varies by location. For New York City Metro area and Los Angeles, the expected hourly salary range for this position is between $43.10 - 55.40. For Denver and Philadelphia, the expected salary range for this position is between $40.10 - $51.50. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
