EDI Technical Analyst
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and support EDI production cycles, ensuring timely processing of transactions.
- Research, analyze, and resolve EDI production issues and processing errors.
- Cook trading partner integrations, perform quality assurance activities, and ensure accurate data exchange across systems.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Healthcare IT, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of EDI experience supporting healthcare transactions.
- Experience with healthcare EDI transactions including 270/271, 834, 835, and 837.
- Experience with data analysis, data integration, reporting, and troubleshooting.
- Experience supporting production systems and resolving application issues.
- Hands-on experience with QNXT is required.
- Experience with Edifecs EDI platform strongly preferred.
- Strong SQL querying and database analysis skills.
- Experience with data mapping and EDI translation processes.
- Knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman and SOAP UI.
- Experience with Splunk and Application Insights.
- Familiarity with ETL processes and system integrations.
- Understanding of cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and Kubernetes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
Preferred Knowledge
- HIPAA EDI standards and healthcare payer processes.
- Database management and data integration concepts.
- Systems analysis, workflow design, and technical documentation best practices.

About the Role
This role supports Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) operations, production support, data analysis, testing, and technical documentation.
