EDI/EFT Enrollment Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Electronic Data Interchange/EFT Enrollment Specialist to manage and optimize the enrollment processes within Electronic Data Interchange clearinghouses.

Responsibilities

• Complete Registration: Ensure registration is received and completed thoroughly and in a timely manner.
• Generate and Monitor EDI Agreements: Follow up on agreements to meet specific implementation deadlines.
• Monitor Accounts: Investigate and resolve enrollment denials, errors, and correspondence with payers.
• Maintain accurate documentation of the account throughout the enrollment process.
• Customer Service: Address customer requests in Service Plus for EDI clearinghouse issues, such as setting up new users, adding permissions, and adding workgroups.
• Maintain working knowledge of workflow, systems, and tools used in the department.
• Travel up to 25%.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of the EDI enrollment process.
• Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work independently as well as in a team setting.
• Proficiency in EDI software and clearinghouse platforms (e.g., Availity, Waystar).
• Strong numerical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Detail-oriented and meticulous.
• Strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity.
