Learn more about what it means to become a team member with LiftOne.Summary Process all EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) and web based portal invoices.Essential FunctionsComputes and/or records financial transactions and other accounting information to maintain accounting EDI records.Work with all electronic programs to include but not limited to (Trusted Link, Bud Exchange, Xign/Coupa, WFX Express, Exostar, e-Pro, GE Supplier Net, Clear Orbit, JDSN, BE Fleet, B2B, OB10, IOL Portal, eTyson Procurement, Ariba, Supplier Select, Parkdale Portal).Work with cash apply and collection personnel to find/match payments via portals.Compiles reports on EDI receipts and own the assigned account portfolio.Determines accuracy of balances, calculations, postings, etc.; investigates and reconciles any discrepancies.Work directly with branches to accurately process invoices in a timely manner.Creates vouchers, invoices, account statements, etc.May develop queries; generates and distributes reports.Maintains appropriate records, files, documentation, etc.Duties and tasks are routine in nature and performed under direct supervision following standard procedures.Interface and coordinate with internal and external customers through various communication channels.Front desk backup duties.Other duties as assigned.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesThis job has no supervisory responsibilities.Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualifying individuals to perform the essential functions.Education and/or ExperienceHigh school degree, Associate degree from two-year college or university; or one to two years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Strong communication skills required.Computer SkillsMicrosoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)SAPKnowledge of EDI software as well as web based portals.Language SkillsAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.Mathematical SkillsUse of addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division as it relates to the function.Reasoning AbilityAbility to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
