EDI Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced EDI Integration Consultant with strong expertise in IBM Sterling B2B Integrator (SI/B2Bi) and Axway B2Bi platforms. The ideal candidate will design, develop, implement, and support enterprise B2B/EDI integrations with customers, suppliers, and third-party partners.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support EDI/B2B integrations using IBM Sterling B2B Integrator (SI/B2Bi) and Axway B2Bi.
• Develop and maintain EDI maps, business processes (BPML), and trading partner configurations.
• Implement and support EDI communication protocols including AS2, SFTP, FTP, HTTPS, and Connect:Direct.
• Work with ANSI X12 and EDIFACT transactions such as 850, 855, 856, 810, 820, 846, and 997.
• Onboard new trading partners and support end-to-end EDI testing and deployments.
• Monitor production interfaces, troubleshoot integration issues, and provide production support.
• Collaborate with business users, customers, and ERP teams to deliver EDI solutions.
• Create technical documentation and ensure timely resolution of production incidents.

Requirements

• 8+ years of EDI/B2B integration experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator and Axway B2Bi.
• Experience with ANSI X12, EDIFACT, XML, Flat Files, and EDI mapping.
• Knowledge of SQL, Linux/Unix, and scripting.
• Experience integrating with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or other ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
