Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in EDI, systems integration, business analysis, data analysis, or a related technical role.
- Knowledge of EDI transaction sets, integration concepts, and data exchange processes.
- Experience with EDI testing, transaction monitoring, issue resolution, and system implementations.
- Familiarity with ERP, warehouse management, and order management systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify root causes.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications, implementation guides, mapping documentation, and business requirements.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and external partners.
