  • Participate in EDI projects and initiatives, including system upgrades and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Sales, Purchasing, and Logistics.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in B2B integration and EDI, with at least 5 years in an Architect, Technical Lead, or equivalent senior design role.
  • Expert understanding of IBM Sterling B2BI.
  • Design and implement complex, optimized BPML (Business Process Modeling Language) for enterprise-level workflows.
  • Expertise in creating, maintaining, and performance-tuning all versions of EDI maps using the Sterling Map Editor.

  • Strong understanding of EDI standards (e.g., X12, EDIFACT).

  • Proven track record of providing Level 3 technical leadership for critical production issues and mentoring junior EDI developers and analysts.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3PL experience and/or 3PL experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
