The Edge Fitness Clubs has been growing since 1987, starting with our first club in Connecticut. Today, we have multiple locations nationwide offering cutting-edge classes and programs. As an Edge Kid's Supervisor, you'll be part of our dynamic culture and contribute to our rapid expansion into new states each year. This role is perfect if you enjoy working with kids, leading high-energy games and activities, and managing a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Edge Kids programming, ensuring a fun and engaging environment for children.
• Provide outstanding member experience and customer service to both kids and parents.
• Use strong leadership skills to manage a team and maintain attention to detail.
• Create a positive, high-energy atmosphere through games and activities.
• Balance fun with responsibility, knowing when to focus on work tasks.
