ED Technician - Night Shift

About the role

Work in a fast-paced emergency setting at CHA Everett Hospital, supporting clinical staff and delivering quality care tailored to patients' age and development needs.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and perform order entry
• Conduct phlebotomy and point-of-care testing
• Assist registered nurses and prioritize tasks to ensure patient safety
• Support behavioral health patients
• Provide excellent patient and visitor relations
• Follow policies and procedures to deliver age-appropriate care

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification as a nursing assistant, medical assistant, EMT, or completion of a clinical rotation
• BLS certification
• ER experience preferred; phlebotomy experience a plus
• Must pass a physical agility exam
