ED Technician - Night Shift

Position: Emergency Department Technician Location: CHA Everett Hospital Responsibilities: Work in a fast-paced emergency setting, answer phones, perform order entry, phlebotomy, point of care testing, and assist registered nurses. Provide excellent patient and visitor relations, prioritize tasks, ensure patient safety, and support behavioral health patients. Follow policies and procedures to deliver quality care tailored to patients' age and development needs. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a nursing assistant, medical assistant, EMT, or completion of a clinical rotation; BLS certification; ER experience preferred; phlebotomy experience a plus. Must pass a physical agility exam. Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills; ability to work efficiently under pressure; team player with a focus on patient care. This role offers a sign-on bonus for eligible candidates and requires availability for scheduled shifts, including weekends and holidays.
