About the role
The ideal candidate will provide support in the regular education classroom in grades PreK and/or 1st grade.
Responsibilities
- Offer technical assistance and training to teachers and students on the use of educational technology tools.
- Support the integration of technology into daily classroom activities.
- Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting school technology equipment.
- Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement technology-enhanced lesson plans.
- Ensure that all technology resources are used in accordance with school policies and guidelines.
Requirements
- Maine State Authorization as Educational Technician I, II, or III.
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Education, Education, or a related field preferred.
- Equivalent teaching certification or eligibility.
- CHRC current.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with colleagues.
