Job Description
The Educational Assistant at Brandon Elementary will provide support to teachers in the classroom setting. Duties may include assisting with lesson preparation, managing student behavior, and providing individualized attention to students.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, candidates should have a strong background in education or related field, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills. Previous experience working with children is preferred but not required.
