ED RN - Full-Time

About the role

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality, compassionate patient care to achieve positive outcomes. Working under general supervision, the role involves coordinating care through the nursing process and multidisciplinary teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and conditions to deliver appropriate care.
• Analyze medical history, diagnostic results, and current status to develop individualized care plans.
• Prepare and administer medications and treatments.
• Reconcile medical records for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Evaluate patient responses to interventions and adjust care as needed.
• Collaborate with the care team for effective planning.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience required; specialty experience preferred.
• Valid RN license in North Carolina or a Compact state.
• Current BLS (CPR) certification from American Red Cross or AHA.
