About the role

The Registered Nurse (RN) delivers high-quality patient care by applying nursing knowledge compassionately and efficiently. Working under general supervision, the role involves coordinating patient care through the nursing process and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Review patient needs and conditions to provide appropriate care in the assigned unit.
• Analyze patient information to develop individualized care plans.
• Prepare nursing procedures such as medication administration and treatments.
• Reconcile medical records to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Evaluate patient responses to interventions and adjust care as needed.
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure effective planning and delivery.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred).
• At least 1 year of RN experience (preferably in a specialty).
• Licensure as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina or a Compact state.
• Certification in BLS (CPR) from American Red Cross or AHA.
