About the Role
The Registered Nurse (RN) Per Diem provides high-quality patient care by conducting assessments, examinations, and treatments to support personalized and effective medical interventions.
Responsibilities
- Support analysis of patient data to inform treatment plans and decisions.
- Implement prescribed treatments while ensuring safety and protocol adherence.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate care and improve outcomes.
- Seek guidance from senior medical professionals for complex cases.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in nursing required; bachelor’s preferred.
- At least 1 year of RN experience, including in a clinical specialty.
- Valid RN license in North Carolina or a Compact state.
- Current BLS (CPR) certification from American Red Cross or AHA.
