About the role

The Registered Nurse (RN) Per Diem provides high-quality, personalized patient care by conducting assessments, supporting treatment plans, and ensuring safety through adherence to protocols. Working collaboratively with the healthcare team, the RN assists in implementing medical interventions, analyzes patient data, and facilitates communication to enhance outcomes. Under supervision, the role involves seeking guidance from senior professionals for complex cases and performing additional duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in nursing (bachelor’s preferred)
• At least 1 year of RN experience in a clinical specialty
• Valid RN licensure in North Carolina or a Compact state
• BLS (CPR) certification from American Red Cross or AHA
