ED Flow Coordinator, Nights

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all patient care activities within the Emergency Department.
• Ensure efficient and safe delivery of care by working closely with the ED medical staff.
• Appropriately delegate workload to other healthcare professionals.
• Model teamwork, leadership, and professionalism within the Emergency Department.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nursing program.
• Required: Bachelors Degree of Nursing.
• PREFERRED: Bachelors Degree of Nursing.
• Required: 1 year of Emergency Department experience as a registered nurse (RN).
• Required: Experience participating in and/or leading quality and process improvement projects.
• Required: RN - Registered Nurse - Georgia State Licensure and/or NLC/eNCL Multistate Licensure.
• Required: BCLS - Basic Life Support.
• Required: ACLS.
• Required: PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support.
• PREFERRED: CEN - Certified Emergency Room Nurse.
