ED Flow Coordinator, Nights

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all patient care activities within the Emergency Department.
• Ensure efficient and safe delivery of patient care under the supervision of the medical staff.
• Act as a liaison between the ED medical staff and other departments to facilitate seamless patient flow.
• Appropriately delegate tasks to support effective workflow management.
• Model teamwork, leadership, and professionalism in the Emergency Department setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nursing program.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• One year of Emergency Department experience as a registered nurse (RN).
• Experience in participating and/or leading quality and process improvement projects.
• RN - Registered Nurse - Georgia State Licensure and/or NLC/eNCL Multistate Licensure required.
• BLS - Basic Life Support required.
• ACLS required.
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support required.
• CEN - Certified Emergency Room Nurse preferred.
